Starting a new project

A very sweet customer of mine from one of my craft shows, gave me this antique sock stretcher to paint on. I've had it in my stash for a few years now so I think it's time to get it painted. I think I will paint a prim scene on it. IT's very large, it measures 38 inches long!

And here it is with the first basecoat, don't worry, it's not staying this dark brown color!

What a nice customer Becky. Funny I have a 2 man saw a neighbour game me years ago and it still hangs in the basement unpainted. Guess we all have something in the stash.
Can't wait to see what you will paint. Anything with sunflowers maybe since they are tall????
    Hurry and show us.
