Finished sock stretcher

Finally, I finished the sock stretcher! I'm happy with the way it turned out. Still looking at it thinking I might add a few more things, but for now I'm pleased with it.

I am going to drill a small hole at the top so I can hang it up.

It looks very bright in these photos, but it's been antiqued so it's got a nice worn look about it, with a dark antiquing.

  1. Becky, that turned out wonderfully. I love how aged and worn it looks. Are you selling this or keeping it for yourself??? TFS us, I couldn't wait to see it.

  5. Thanks everyone, I will be keeping this for myself. A very good customer of mine thought I would like it to paint on and she was right! I plan to hang it in my painting room.
